AND
ABOUT
The Amazonic was born from Antonio Teoli's passion for the culture and music he discovered during his 4-year stay in the Amazon.
As an award-winning game composer and sound designer, he sought to explore new sounds and stumbled upon a treasure trove of indigenous instruments in the jungle.
With the goal of sharing these unique sounds with the world, Antonio spent 6 months researching and recording the first-ever sample library from the Amazon forest: AMA I.
Carefully curated and mixed, it features over 100 native instruments that were previously unknown to the outside world.
These instruments provide composers, producers, and sound designers with the unique opportunity to access and incorporate the sounds of the Amazon jungle into their own projects. Moreover, a percentage of every purchase goes directly to supporting the native communities and wildlife of the Amazon. Some of the donations are captured in video showing the impact of your purchase.

In the year 2023, with the aim to broaden his project to encompass other cultures and countries, Antonio made the decision to rebrand the company as Sounds of the Earth. To further this vision, he welcomed Daniel Figueiredo as a partner in the company.

Our essence is rooted in three main causes: to provide inspiring tools for composers and music producers, to encourage future generations to reconnect with their native heritage, and to support the people and forests of the Amazon.
our core
At Sounds of the Earth, we strive to capture the authentic sounds of indigenous tribes from all corners of the globe and offer them to composers and producers via Kontakt. Our journey started in The Amazonic AMA 1, and has since expanded to include a diverse range of cultures and traditions.
our VISION
As the years go by, we are losing more and more indigenous tribes and their rich history along with them. According to Eugene Linden in Time, "since 1900, 90 of Brazil's 270 Indian tribes have completely disappeared, while scores more have lost their lands or abandoned their ways.”
At Sounds of the Earth, we are dedicated to preserving the culture of these tribes by recording their unique sounds and making them accessible for future generations. Our mission is to ensure that their heritage lives on through our efforts.
our VALUES
At Sounds of the Earth, we recognize and appreciate the generosity of the native musicians who welcome us into their villages and share their cultural heritage with us. As part of our commitment to these communities, we make payments to the musicians and donate to their communities.
In addition to this, we create a video documenting the donations being made and send it to our customers who have purchased our products. We believe in transparency and want our customers to see the positive impact of their support firsthand.
